Founded in 1880, the Quincy Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, now Quincy Humane Society, served the mission to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals and enforce animal protection laws in our community.
Today, we are proud to one of the oldest, continually operating humane organizations in the United States. We continue to serve the people and their pets of our community and in celebration of our 145th anniversary, we invite the community to join us as we continue to unleash hope in one loving community.
